Health-care locations compliant with the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) and located within Manitoba may apply for access to eChart.
What’s New?
As of April 13, 2026, eChart began receiving encounter notes from the Virtual Integrated Clinical Service (VICS), sent by the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) via Health Links. All related visit notes for the VICS encounter can be viewed in Clinical Documents.
Beginning March 17, 2026, eChart Manitoba will begin receiving microbiology results from Dynacare. The results will be displayed in Clinical Documents. It is important to review the entire report and note any amendments. If an order includes multiple tests, each test ordered will display as a separate PDF report in Clinical Documents.
