- Digital Shared Services has upgraded eChart Manitoba. New version features
- New summary view for Encounters, Medications, Laboratory, Pathology and Imaging
- Significant changes to look/feel and navigation for users accessing through EPR
- Return of tabular view for Encounters, Medications and Laboratory for users accessing through an EMR or web browser

- eChart Manitoba is now displaying Emergency Discharge Information System (EDIS) discharge summaries from Brandon Regional Health Centre (BRHC) effective December 18, 2024 onward.
- The unique patient identifier plays an important role in allowing these results to flow into eChart. For an infant seen at a Manitoba hospital, the MRN is required. However, for an infant seen at a non-hospital facility, e.g., a private clinic, the result will only display if a Manitoba PHIN is provided on the requisition. Refer to the FAQ Laboratory – eChart Manitoba for further information about these results.
- As of August 6, 2024, Dynacare Brampton pathology results display as a referred-out report from Diagnostic Services – Shared Health (DSSH) within the Pathology list pane. Historic Dynacare Brampton pathology results continue to display as Dynacare Brampton. There may be duplicate pathology reports from both Dynacare Brampton and DSSH for a period of time.
- As of June 20, 2024, eChart now receives encounter information from all Prairie Mountain Health hospital and health centre facilities.
- Transfusion medicine and perinatal results are now available in eChart June 4, 2024
- As of May 23, 2024, CancerCare Manitoba ColonCheck Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) results performed by Cadham Provincial Laboratory available in eChart Manitoba.
- Medication Card updates (Dec 7, 2023)
- eChart Manitoba now includes surgical pathology results processed by Dynacare Brampton (September 15, 2023). Surgical pathology addendum reports from Dynacare Brampton now display the collection date and time (September 28, 2023).
- As of December 5, 2023, Fetal Assessment Unit (FAU) reports from St. Boniface Hospital are available in eChart Manitoba.
- Adult Echo Intellispace Cardiology (ISCV) echocardiogram reports available in eChart Manitoba (Oct 17, 2023)
- ISCV echocardiogram reports and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Medications are now available in eChart
- eChart Manitoba Benefits Survey Results 2021
- Manitoba Newborn Screening results from Cadham Provincial Laboratory are available in eChart effective April 12, 2022, for infants born in a Manitoba hospital. For more information about Newborn Screening results, visit our FAQ page.
- eChart Survey Results 2020
- EDIS Emergency Discharge Summaries are available in eChart Manitoba effective April 14, 2021.
- Home Clinic Client Summary reports are available in eChart Manitoba effective July 28, 2020.
