Who uses eChart?

EChart Manitoba is now available to authorized health-care professionals across Manitoba.

Health-care providers

Health-care providers are only authorized to access the information they need to perform their job. There are different levels of access for authorized users based on their need to know the information to support health care. Health-care providers are only authorized to see information from your electronic health record that is required to support your care.

Health-care providers are only authorized to access your information when needed to benefit your health care. All use of the system is monitored and subject to regular audits and all individuals can request to see who has viewed their record by completing a request form and submitting it to eChart Manitoba Services.
