Why can I only see a limited number of records under Summary view?

Although the Summary view displays all of the medications for the patient, only a maximum of 4 encounters are shown as well as any lab tests within the previous 1 month. To review all records, view under the appropriate clinical tab.

Why are some dates yellow under Annual Review?

In Annual Review, any encounter, lab or imaging result will cause a date to have an underscored hyperlink to the Daily Summary view for that date. If it is a weekday, and there is at least one test performed that day, it will be yellow with the hyperlink. If it is a Saturday or a Sunday, it will always be blue, but it if there is at least one encounter, then the date will be hyperlinked even though the colour of the box remains blue as it is Saturday or Sunday.
